How do I pay my order?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Italy, Europe and USA.
How long will take my order to arrive?
Shipping time depends on your location. European order will be delivered within 7 working days, all other Countries may allow up to 10 business days.
Do you accept returns?
We hope you will be happy with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we can refund any unsuitable item, in its original condition. Items must be returned with a valid dispatch note or order number. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original currency. Please check also our terms and conditions.
You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return full-priced items for a refund to your original payment method. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt and hold onto this until your refund has been processed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is Shipped, you will get confirmation and a tracking number.
When will be update your online shop?
Our collections doesn’t have set release dates. Please sign up for our newsletter to be able to
receive email alerts each time we release a new product.
Do you re-stock your online store?
Our collections, and all our special projects are limited edition. We are not likely to re-stock products.
I’ve added an item to my cart, but it is now sold out.
Products on our site are sold on a first first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
Do you have/accept gift cards?
We do not offer/accept gift cards.
